3:15 through Alta, California with a UP unit powering a tie train with flats, gons, and high gons loaded with new ties. SD70ace's and GEVOs running strong here now. Shortly after the work train went east, we were treated SP 179 on the point of an eastbound MTY grain train. Here is a link to the thread with the photo from yesterday.
