Western Railroad Discussion > Fall in the last trees of northern Colorado + xBN SDP40Date: 09/30/06 20:31 Fall in the last trees of northern Colorado + xBN SDP40 Author: NH2006 The last trees in northern Colorado?
Well yes, this cluster of trees behind this southbound PASFTW is the last large cluster until the BNSF Front Range sub gets to Cheyenne. And even there, until the line gets farther into Wyoming there are very few trees.... Earlier, the Q-DENTAC picked up the local with two more SD40s and some McCloud boxcars in the Fort Collins North yard....here at Busch with BNSF 6327 one of two remaining SDP40s. Anyone have a picture of these in passenger service? Interesting note, the Blue card shows ownership as GN RR.
