Foe some weeks now, a yellow box like unit that looks like an outhouse on wheels has been sitting on the right hand track shown in D-Cam.

Can anyone tell me what it is or does, also who owns it.

The flanger should be repainted SP MoW orange... then there wouldn't be so much confusion as to what it is. Seems like no one knows what it is anymore.
