With Chard Walker's passing and yesterdays post about Richard Steinheimer, it occurred to me that I haven't heard about rail artist Harlan Hiney for a long time. Is he still around? I met him once at a rail expo in Los Angeles and spoke with him briefly. His paintings and drawings were featured in Lucius Beebe's The Central Pacific and Southern Pacific Railroads book of many years ago.

There isnt much info, but he has a website for selling his photos etc. Just Google his name.
