Sunday morning at 0600 the track is out of service for cutover to the new Main 1.

I bet you saw the Tacoma operator in his Swingloader towards the south end. I however, was pulling one car at the same time to the north end. I just had them all mixed up.
Great pictures. I'll be down there around 9 or 10 to get pics. I'm sure the majority of the cut over will be done though. Is KSS 1/3 getting done as well this week or is that next weekend before the speed limit increases? Station tracks 1 and 2 will be extended and connected in another two weeks or earlier if it can be worked out. June 16 is supposed to be the Lander Main cutover with the speeds going up the 17th. |
