15 Minutes at Fordyce, AR
Author: lotharb

Driving through Fordyce, AR, I was hoping to catch some ALM and Fordyce & Princeton units there, and I was rewarded with their presence there. More unusual units, cute station building, UP mainline, its worthwhile. In the space of 15 minutes, I saw these units parked there, heard a whistle on the UP mainline, and scooted over to there to catch a meet.
1. & 2. ALM 1514 and 1502 - a couple of CF7's
3. 1504 is a Fordyce & Providence SW1500

Nice shots, #3 is really good. Is the station still in use?
Thanks for sharing.

Not being used, but someone must be looking after keeping it up, it's in very good shape.

Spent more than a few hours in that depot, when I was Co-Manager of the "Little Rock South", HQ Eldorado. Back in the day!
