SP 16th. St. Station in the movie "Hemingway"
Author: bcpaulus

A film called “Hemingway” is being shot at the old SP 16th. St. Station over the next week. The station is called “Hotel Florida” for the movie. You can drive right up to the front on the Wood St. side. Good news for the economy of Oakland.

Very interesting . . thanks for posting! The average movie goer doesn't realize what is involved in doing a simple location shoot . . . it doesn't involve just cameras and actors. I've always thought one of the more interesting jobs in Hollywood would be a location scout.

No problem until around 3 PM when they get up and moving. Plus they like working in the dark.
