Where are the Russians?

Anybody got a clue as to what might have happened to the remaining 7 Russian TEM7A motors that have been rotting on an industrial siding near the Port Of Houston for 10+ years? My trip by that site last month revealed they're gone. Of the original 11 that arrived here in some grain swap agreement 4 were removed about 5 years ago. Never heard what happened to them either.

A local inquiry only turned up speculation.
