I like it! I can't honestly say I have seen this angle of Hobart tower before.

By the way, do you have any recent pictures of the UPS fly-over since you do work in that general area I believe?

Yeah, sort of reserved for a specific group of folks...

Unfortunately, no. I work in, around, and under the "bridge to nowhere" almost daily and never really thought to chronicle it's construction. I'd say it is roughly 85% complete, and on target for its year end completion. I do have one so-so shot from about a month ago, looking west towards the north ramp.

I have a not so informed question... Where is the Hobart Tower located?

The now vacant Hobart Interlocking Tower is located in Vernon, CA, a near exclusively industrial suburb of Los Angeles County, roughly 5 miles Southeast of the downtown district of the City of Los Angeles. It stands on the extreme western edge of BNSF's massive Hobart Intermodal Facility (aka Hobart Yard) which serves the Southern California region.

At one time, many decades ago, Today's Vernon was actually two towns, Hobart and Vernon.
