Gateway Sub...Spring...Something Different

This northbound came by suburban Crescent Mills, CA at about 1640 on Saturday. A little variety was offered by a Coaster F59PHI (yes?) in the consist, probably headed north for a little shop work. The scanner was somewhat unintelligible as to ETA, so I had to resort to a shot off the back deck.

The Coaster unit is heading to Tacoma, Washington/Progress Rail Services for rebuild.

Nice catch Tom. Two Amtrak California F59's came through southbound in the last two week's on the Gateway sub. Thank's for posting.

I did not see the 2 southbounds through Bend last week.

I should see the northbound sometime midday Sunday...

Will go to Pasco first, then from Pasco to Tacoma.
