Western Railroad Discussion > Unpatched SP 266 on the Austin SubDate: 11/17/12 11:45 Unpatched SP 266 on the Austin Sub Author: PALuvR I got a very unexpected shot this morning of SP 266 NB on the Austin Sub (MP 190). Train is QEGNL. It's scheduled to leave Taylor at 14:46, arrive Hearne at 18:18 then leave Hearne at 18:48 for Longview, Texarkana and North Little Rock.
I've also included three other trains from today. Not so much as for their quality but in an attempt to have symbols verified or identified. Mike 1. NB QEGNL with SP 266 leading 2. Closer shot Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/17/12 11:45 by PALuvR. Date: 11/17/12 11:55 Re: Unpatched SP 266 on the Austin Sub Author: PALuvR Here are the three other trains. As you can tell, that sun just kept getting higher as the trains kept coming slower and slower. Also seemed that that the locos kept getting dirtier, maybe just the sun.
3. NB Cemex loads - RDTDPC?? Ex-CNW and ex-SP C44-9W's in charge. 4. QLDNL with a solo SD70M 5. NB with empty frack sand hoppers and CSX gons. Wondering if it's the counterpart of the SB MPBSA that I saw last Sunday in Lockhart. MSAPB- ??? Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/17/12 11:57 by PALuvR. I always like getting pictures of SP units which are few and far between. Pat Date: 11/17/12 17:20 Re: Unpatched SP 266 on the Austin Sub Author: SP7615 Good catches on all the trains anytime you catch a un-patched SP on the point you have had a good day.
