A couple more shots & what is it?
Author: Q4960

Went out again today and photographed the BNSF around Toluca and Edelstein, Illinois. First two shots were of an eastbound on the west side of Toluca. Any ideas of what the equipment is on the flat?

At first I thought it might be an SPMT (self propelled modular transporter) used for moving extremely heavy loads. But the housing on the right end seems to be too large. Perhaps chuchubobnv is correct.
