Feather River Canyon tracks -- slide -- tracks blocked
Author: Margaret_SP_fan

Just heard on radioreference.com (the
Greater Sacramento-Rocklin feed) that there
is a slide near MP 240, and a tree down, blocking
the tracks somewhere.

Hope everyine stays safe out there!
This is quite a storm.

Edit: A rock [I assume on the tracks] at Virgilia.

Edit #2: Flash flood [watch? warning?] MP 107 - MP 190.

This is the FRC. If it's raining, there will be a slide somewhere.
Which is why WP had the Bronco escorts.

Yes, Broncos Alpha,Bravo and Charlie. Fond memories, wonder if any of them are still running somewhere?

Same codes, normally picking up at Intake.

Thanks for the audio. I think many of us miss hearing "Helen The Train Slayer" call for the Bronco escorts.
