I was trying to find info on the Great Western Railway of Colorado, part of the Omnitrax group. Got there via Railserve. However, all web sites associated with the Omnitrax group are discontinued. Is the company still on the go, or anyone know of a new trade name? Thanks, Chris d.

The website you need to look at is www.omnitrax.com

Call the Denver CO head office @ 303-393-0033 and ask for information on the Great Western of CO

Better yet, call GWR at (970) 667-6883. I've heard that they will allow people to look around their yard if you sign a release form. I've not done this, but several others who read this forum regularly have.

Hey Deltic,

Let me know off list (dgnuse@surfree.com) what you are looking for. I know their local goes out in the morning first east, then a bit north from Loveland (don't have the town name on hand) on Saturday's, and that there is a local that works out of Fort Collins (5625) heading north for the Busch Plant.
