USA ProCycling Challenge and BNSF in Fort Collins

You all know I'm pretty excited about this...right now the train has two new ACes and 8 cars, not sure if they'll take it apart and send part of the train that is currently in Cheyenne. Due into Fort Collins on the 23rd, race is the 24th.

I had a few bike races myself this year that paralleled CN tracks. It took everything I could muster not to stop mid-race to railfan the train that came through during the race. It would be great to see a stage race pacing a speeding train. Combining two great hobbies!

I could not find either of the two ACE's in Cheyenne two days ago, but the train is parked with the theater-obs facing south, power car facing north. === === = === JLH
