Today, at 10:00 CDT, K&O officials introduced the Wooo Shock Locomotive (WAMX GP40-2LW 4001)to the public. Attached photos say it all.

Lance Date: 03/11/14 19:33 Re: Wichita Wheel Report - WAMX Wooo Shock Unveiled Author: SCKP187 That is really cool and a big thanks goes to Watco for their efforts they put forth in the communities they serve. I have the Cherryvale Chargers and Pittsburg Gorilla units and look forward to shooting this one someday also. Thanks for showing.

I agree with Lance & Brian WATCO deserves praise for their supporting the communities they serve. Thanks for showing. Ronda Thomas Date: 03/12/14 03:19 Re: Wichita Wheel Report - WAMX Wooo Shock Unveiled Author: Chooch Interesting. Is that a comfort cab? If it is, I was always under the impression that EMD only built GP60M's with a comfort cab for Santa Fe.
Jim Date: 03/12/14 08:01 Re: Wichita Wheel Report - WAMX Wooo Shock Unveiled Author: SD45X CN had wide cab GP40/38s. These are some of the GP40s

I have noticed that they tend to number their engines based on the model. GP40's are 40## a GP35 would be 35##. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems to be the case with "most" I have seen. GP38s are in the 3800 class, a few GP20 are 2000's, SW1500s are 1500's, and so on. Pump |
