Following the two lane backroads, I stumble on the occasional engine at a local Ag industry they use for switching their plants. The BN had an old SD they used in Denver for their switching. At times it would have another motor with it. Someplace in western Nebraska they sit.

The ex C&S SD-9 is at the new facility at Benkelman, on the Q main.
