Sunny to Showers and Wind, but Lots of Trains
Author: Ritzville

Started out a nice sunny day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. As the day progressed it became cloudy and windy with some spotty showers. That didn't put a damper on the trains rolling by. Here are some of the trains I encountered today.

1. EB 919am mixed train with BNSF 6773-9886-4661 on the point.
2. EB 928 am double stack train with BNSF 4617, NS 7582-9725 on the point.
3. Another shot of same train with NS 7582-9725.

I can't help it, the BNSF runs right thru my backyard, LOL, plus being retired helps.

Great work! Could you maybe snag a roster type shot of that BNSF rail crane? Would like to get the number.
thanks/ Roger Beckett

I hated to end on a garbage train, so I was able to snag one more train before dusk.

21. WB 558pm garbage train with BNSF 7467-5158 on the pull.
22. EB 636pm auto rack train with BNSF 7647-6956 and Citirail 1323 on the point.
23. Another shot of same train.

That should do it for today. Happy Easter everyone!

Hi Roger,

I took a quick shot from my backyard, it isn't a roster shot, sun going down unfortunately. I can take a better one tomorrow. I think you can see the numbers, but very small.

Larry
