The trucks are from GE 70-tonner ex-SP 5104 which is clearly distinguished by the gray paint on the truck frames with the corners rounded off to reduce weight. Unit was leased to Columbia Business Center for several years and they later purchased the unit from Samuels Investment Properties, LLC which is associated with the Oregon Pacific Railroad.
