Has anyone seen the City Of Prineville (OR) 1551 traveling from Iowa to Oregon?

Just saw it tonight in the Laurel, Montana MRL yard, looking brand new, coupled to a flatcar loaded with a Cat Scraper/Earthmover. Didn't have a good place to pull over to get a shot of it.
