All FXE to Denver again

Passed Nixon 1220. To Sterling. Should be another Fiasco as all units show facing North.

I don't think there is even a wye in Sterling any more, is there? Used to be where the Cheyenne branch took off, that was a wye, but that was torn out. I don't have a current timetable to check the facility symbols. The Hi-Line switch is not half of a wye, either, and UP's wye has been gone forever. === === = === JLH

Why is all units facing north a fiasco? Is Nixon to Sterling going south? That would indeed be a fiasco. ;-)

Because Shortlines sometimes don't turn power. I don't remember a Wye on NKCR? That's where it will go. Oh yeah, needs to be DP'd again to keep the drawbars intact.
Wonder what idiot in Elpaso keeps adding a ETD for the trip back north.
