Very Hot Day with Work Window on BNSF
Author: Ritzville

It was nothing but HOT in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub at 98 degrees. There was a work window in place so train traffic was light today. Should start picking up after 5pm. Today was mostly all Orange, good variety the last couple of days though. Here are some of the trains that rolled by the house from last evening and today so far.

1. WB 535pm grain train with BNSF 6782-1018 on the point with DPU.
2. EB 600pm grain train with BNSF 8922-6969 on the pull with DPU.
3. EB 733p #28 Empire Builder with 15 on the point. Had to do a quick shot, sneaked up on me.

I am seriously thinking that your house would be a good candidate for a webcam setup!

You might be right, it is quite busy thru here. I was told the band isn't strong enough in this area. I really don't know what it takes to have a webcam.
