Cars in background were brought to Elgin and will be loaded with the same product. Griffin transloads the meal from their rendering plant located between Bastrop and Elgin. The depot in the picture is a museum and a nice one at that. The train is crossing the UP Waco Sub. The picture was taken about 5:15 pm today.
