1989 on the KP
Author: PRose

After languishing for a couple days in Salina KS, the 1989 finally left for the west on the point of the MSIDV today.

1) The YSN48 switches a cut west of 9th St. in Salina, KS. The object of the expedition is hidden down in the yard.

2) The celebrity in town heads west at Burma Road west of Salina.

3) With 9000 tons on the drawbar, the 1989 and 4 more grind up Nine Mile Hill just west of Terra Cotta, KS.

All photos today. August 28, 2014

Thanks for looking

P.S. I OS'd him by Terra Cotta to Luke Lohrmeyer (nwkrailfan). I think he had sun out west by Ellis. Looking forward to seeing
his photos.

That's a good shot too, I like that big, grassy expanse there.
