Western Railroad Discussion > A little WES for your Friday eveningDate: 09/19/14 19:12 A little WES for your Friday evening Author: SilvertonRR100 A month or so ago, someone was asking about the former Alaska RDCs that can be seen at the WES shops in Wilsonville, OR. Tonight, while fanning WES around Tigard, OR, we lucked into the Northbound (technically Eastbound) pair meeting a Southbound (technically Westbound) single meeting the RDCs. The RDC's are definately quieter than the DMUs! Now I need to catch them for a ride to see how they compare!

A few months ago, I rode the DMUs from Tigard to Beaverton, then back to Wilsonville, just to catch the last trip north on the RDCs. Well worth it! And that cool machine and I are the same vintage!

Do they carry any reporting marks? I'm too lazy to look. Posted from Android Date: 09/19/14 21:20 Re: A little WES for your Friday evening Author: SilvertonRR100 loopy7764 Wrote:
