Take Care, Stay Safe, Have Fun! Larry Date: 09/30/14 21:52 Re: Some miscellaneous So Cal... Author: zchcsse Great stuff, Ryan!
I've always loved how 'insane' the drop-off of Main 3 is there at Silverwood (as seen in your last photo) particularly when you consider that the other tracks (where the train is on) are ALSO dropping rather significantly. --Tom Date: 09/30/14 22:05 Re: Some miscellaneous So Cal... Author: oyw Way to go Ryan! Great shots, looks like you had a very good time down here. Hope to see you again soon.

SOB Date: 09/30/14 22:25 Re: Some miscellaneous So Cal... Author: jmf1910 Superb series of photos, Ryan. #1 is definitely one of your best! Keep it coming, I always enjoy seeing your latest work!
John Date: 09/30/14 23:03 Re: Some miscellaneous So Cal... Author: zgardner18 Well if you look through the hill on your "Blue Cut" photo you will see me sitting in my white Ford Fusion right along the dead end road that parallels the tracks right before the two head off to Sullivan's Curve. I caught your mixed freight BNSF in your "Silverwood" photo down off of the 138. Did you see the Green BN coil car? That was a first for me.
It sure felt like there was a lot of grain on the hill today. Mostly UP cars. Zak Gardner / Glendora, CA. Date: 09/30/14 23:12 Re: Some miscellaneous So Cal... Author: Railfan4Christ Good stuff, Ryan. Sure don't miss that marine layer, though. Thanks for posting.

Nice shots and good choices for location. Hate to think what else you might see from that vantage point at Blue Cut.(Hidden amongst the bushes) Valleyman Date: 10/02/14 12:24 Re: Some miscellaneous So Cal... Author: CimaScrambler Great series of images. That hike up on top of the hill across from Blue Cut would take the wind out of me. Thanks for sharing the view from up there. Keep the great work coming!
