Belt Railway of Chicago unit in Hinkle

I saw what appeared to be a geep 40 Belt Railway of Chicago grey/blue unit pointed west in Hinkle Monday morning the 20th as we drove by on the freeway. I couldn't get the number. Does anyone on here have information on this unit? Where it is now and where it is going? What number it is? Thanks.

It was, had it trailing on the MHKNP-21 yesterday, should be around Rawlins...
