Another long manifest at Cima.
Author: syscom3

After I was done at Afton Canyon, I ended up on Sunday (the next day, Oct 12th) at Cima. Gjc was there and we both caught this monster manifest heading east. This is probably the MWCNP that Mapboy identified a few weeks ago. It must be a regular Sunday train.

If you like watching manifests, here is your chance. There are two parts to this.

12-1/2 mph looks a good guess.

I'm guessing Cima is one of the few sidings a train that size could stop to meet another train. How many did this one meet before the DS let him go? The desert wind added a nice touch to the sound track.

Got a tad windy there before the train arrived! Interesting he held the main for the meet. One very long train!

Thanks for sharing.
