I have enjoyed several lately.

Candidates for most watchable:

Trackside
Drones
Hillside
From Train

I like trackside best, because that's where I would happily be.

Drones: Good stuff, but more like watching a model railroad in action.

Hillside: Yes, you get more of the train, but you don't get the sound and feel the power.

From Train: There have been some great ones, not all on Trainorders, hope to see some more of that variety.

Trackside, with a 3/4 view or variation thereof.

I feel the same way about drone photography, at least in its present form: Too zoomed out/wide for my taste

I prefer videos from the engine cab.

Personally, I have issues with drones and do not care to view their images. I also consider them to be a potentially dangerous distraction to crews on the ground.

Wherever and whatever jigbobby decides needs recording - his audio and imaging of the MRL area was quite extraordinary in recent weeks.

Stick a camera out the rear window of a Superliner and watch the track slip past. That's my favorite kind of video. I guess that would qualify as "From Train".
