This is not one for Nostalgia or History as I really don't think this area has changed much.

Back in 1999-2001 I took Metrolink from Burbank (Downtown) to either Chatsworth or Newhall to work.

On my day off I always took my girlfriend (now my wife) to catch the train or Bus in Burbank to work in Santa Clarita (at Princess Crusies) so she could avoid the bus ride from Gardena to LA Union Station.

Here are 3 shots I just came across taken in May of 2001.

#1......Surfliner
#2......Metrolink off the Ventura Line (Coast Line) and a LAPCX coming off the Valley Sub
#3......PTPCX as it was called with the 9601 on the point.The C44-9W was from the SP as it was a 8100 series GE but don't know the exact SP #.
