The Peavine was loaded with trains today! The EB Z-PHXWSP met three WB trains leaving Phoenix, first a vehicle train at El Mirage that had just arrived at the auto distribution facility, next was a Z train at Beardsley and finally, another Z train at Castle Hot Springs. The EB and the first two WB trains had the usual GEVO/dash-9 power, but the final train at Castle Hot Springs was the coolest with a BNSF SD70MAC/UP SD70M/BNSF SD70MAC lashup! Nice to see some EMD power for a change, made the drive from Phoenix worth it.
