These are Albany & Eastern Railroad's very orange GE B23-7s (lettered RFRX 4201 and 4202 for Rick Franklin Corporation, Rick is the President of the Albany & Eastern) switching in south Lebanon, OR late yesterday afternoon in the glow of a setting January sun.

I love seeing photos of this operation. One of the few railroad subjects I decided to lens on my honeymoon was this pair of GE's.
