UP on BNSF Transcon Question

Does anybody know why UP was detouring trains on the BNSF transcon earlier this month?
I didnt see any threads that provided any information on why it was happening.
Also was it just westbounds?

No I posted symbols. There is a eastbound today F KLBNS11 25K.
Only answer I could dig up was relieving traffic off sunset due to MOW. I believe there's more to it.
