Loading Coal Trains in the PRB

Can anyone confirm, who is loading the coal trains in the PRB these days?  Are all mines utilizing G & W crews or railroad ( BNSF or UP ) crews.  Thanks in advance. Fred

I can confirm that they utilize G & crews. BNSF or UP crews hand over the empty trains to the G & crew at the mines and they load the trains before handing the loaded train back to the BNSF or UP crew upon completion. They are called operators.
