Today was a mixed bag of weather in Ritzville, WA on the SBNF Lakeside Sub with snow showers, drippings from the sky, wind and beautiful cloud formations with a high-low of 57-33. I'm afraid the clouds were more spectacular than the trains except for Big Blue in the afternoon. Traffic so-so with some long gaps. Here are some of the trains that rolled thru the backyard today with some nice clouds for background.

1. WB 1006am grain train with BNSF 4940, Warbonnet 787 and BNSF 4681 on the point.
2. Warbonnet 787 on same train.
3. EB 124pm grain train with BNSF 5492-1101-4988 on the point with DPU.

12. WB 251pm coal train with BNSF 6368-6224-8853 on the point with DPU.

My train of the day so far is EB Big Blue!

14. EB 306pm manifest train with GECX Big Blue 2026-2033 and BNSF 6659 on the pull.

17. WB 525pm grain train with BNSF 7922-5410 on the pull with DPU.
18. WB 535pm oil train with BNSF 6705 and NS 9598 on the point with DPU's.
