It was a beautiful Spring day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 71-38. There was some interesting action the BNSF today with some interesting equipment rolling thru the backyard and beyond. Had lots of heads-up on the Rreading 2100, which was much appreciated. Here are some of the trains that rolled by today andlast evening.

1. WB 632pm manifest train with BNSF 1108 and GECS Big Blue 2028 on the point.
2. Another shot of same power.
3. DPU BNSF 6868 pushing on EB 650pm grain train.

4. WB 1013am Herzog work train heading West thru Ritzville, WA.

7. EB 129pm manifest train with BNSF 9838-9212-6390-6086 on the point with a friendly wave from the hogger.

GREAT stuff.....!! I REALLY wish that I could have been there to see that loco move.....!!!

That aux tender has to be the most well-travelled piece of rolling stock that has never been used for anything.

Wow! What a bunch of great catches. This has got to be your biggest day of rare equipment moves. Really like the depot shot at street level.
