That's the remnant of the Park City branch, used for storing empties for the nearby Holcim
Cement plant.

As callum_out said, this was the Park City Branch. The only major shipper, Stauffer/Chevron Chemicals, opened a new facility in Wyoming and built a pipeline instead around 1986. The line was operated on an as-needed basis for a grain elevator and a lumber company (Anderson?) until 1988. The counties were actually interested in starting a tourist operation, but UP sold out to A&K early the following year.

I was told by an old rail years ago the A&K Rail Salvage
originally stood for "ATTACK & KILL"

Really nice Chris. Saw someone flying a drone last night, I might have to get one.
