I took the eastbound Zephyr last fall and always remember waking up about 1 in the morning looking out at a full moon as we descended the loop. Stan Praisewater Edited 1 time(s). Your 2nd picture illustrates that high quality, perfectly lit photos can be taken near the summer solstice around mid-day - by focusing on what is best lit at that time of day - the top of the train!
