Nice video John!  I see you were standing at the exact same spot I was for my recent photos.

Current info has the two main tracks between West Tejon and Vaughn officially in service effective today, June 29, 2015.  More info when I get it.

Yes, double crossovers at Vaughn. Connection to what is called the Long Tail track at West Vaughn.

Nice video.  Kind of neat to see at the 3:05 point in the video a reefer unit kicks on with one of the truck trailers leaving a puff of diesel smoke right before the other train passes in front of it.
