A Few from the La Crosse WI Area
Author: rrartist

This past Tuesday was pretty drab and cloudy and of course that's when the nicer consists show up, right??? Starting with CP train 280, ICE 6215, shown motoring past the Amtrak Depot. CP 471 wasn't all too bad either with it's 5 EMDs led by the ICE 6100. Moving south of town I caught the BNSF 9041 moving an eastbound freight towards Savanna and beyond.

Wednesday afforded me much better sunlight for the likes of BNSF train H-NTWBRC, BNSF 8757 and company, I felt this consist was worth another look before I headed to Dakota MN for CP 287 running as the DME 6096.

It's nice to sse these older EMDs still pounding along after so many years! Marquette Barge Lines tow Pere Marquette pushes a string of barges north as CP 384 swings past Dakota behind the CP 8779.

Lastly for Wednesday I caught the BNSF U-KEEMAD, BNSF 9086 just south of La Crosse. Missing from this photo are the approach signals to CTC GRAF, changes are everywhere these days!
