Mystery tank train on the staples sub

Saw a westbound tank train on the staples sub heading toward Dilworth. Two GE's. All tanks with no placards or buffers. Wondering what kind of train this was. All GBRX tanks with build dates of 05-15. GBRX 701663 being a car number.

Prolly to be  stored.   TG&N has 100 brand new ones being stored at Harwood TX.  Build date 4/15.

Storage was my thought as well. They did go up the Hillsboro sub towards Grand Forks
