As per Journal of Commerce issue July 21 2015 listed below are the five top carriers of US exports measured in laden TEU's--twenty foot equivalents and their market share for period January- March 2015.

2.Maersk    240540              8.5
3.Hapag LLoyd  218390       7.7
4.CMA CGM     201392       7.1
5Evergreen       174323       6.2

Listed below are the five top carriers of imports for same time period and in twenty foot equivalents

1. MCSC     497715           10.9
2. Maersk   401372             8.8
3.Evergreen 357630            7.9
4.CMA-CGM  339210         7.4
5.Hapag LLoyd 296308      6.5

Biggest move up the ladder is Evergreen.  They also seem to be doing better than many of the others.

Interesting that all the carriers are European, except for Evergreen which is Taiwanese. No Japanese or Chinese in the top 5.
