Cloudy Day with A Different Camera On The BNSF
Author: Ritzville

It was a warm sultry day with a few sprinkles in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 83-60. Traffic was unusually light for a Friday. Maybe the fire in Montana is affecting traffic. I'm also trying a new used camera to see if I can shoot a better picture. Ater picture three is with the new camera. Here are some of the trains from yesterday evening and today so far.

1. WB 540pm oil train with BNSF 5923-6120-4174 on the point with DPU and a friendly wave from the hogger.
2. EB 639pm coal train with BNSF 9142-9042-8941 on the pull with DPU.
3. DPU green and cream 9755 pushing same train.

I believe the new camera does better on long zooms, maybe pictures will look better in sunshine.

I really like Photo 5. It tells me more about Ritzville.

Nice photos and coverage of the day. Looks like the new camera produces sharper images.

Larry,
Like the pictures with the new camera. It will be interesting to see how it does in good light. Thanks for another good "Ritzville Report".
