Author: dendavis Editorial in today's Denver Post notes that the Feds have released the court-mandated reworking of the environmental assessment for the expansion permit for the Colowyo Mine in NW CO, and the report found "no significant impact." Now it is up to the judge to accept or reject the report, so the fat lady has yet to sing. But, hope springs eternal.
