Caboose on a Truck

About 1:40 PM today, I was driving West on Interstate-10 in Loma Linda, Ca and saw a Dark Red Wood Caboose on a flatbed truck, it had no markings of any type.
And somehow I want to say it is a Movie Prop as it had no Trucks or Couplers

Anybody have a Caboose missing ?
