Are the former NJT coaches still running on the San Joaquins?  If so, does anyone know if there is a particular train # they tend to be used on?  Thanks in advance.

Train 712 is one of them. I don't recall witch train runs west with that equipment.

Yes daily eastbound on 712. Not sure of the westbound run (715?)

I understand that San Jose train 712 has usually turned as train 717.
it is NOT possible for 712 to turn as 715.
Train 712 is sked info Bakerstown at 1:41PM while 715 departs at 1:25 PM .
ALso in the past when this question was asked 712 is ALWAYS paired with 717.
The FIRST Oakland depature ALWAYS returned as the last Oakland Arrival of the day.
This train pair has always turned this way for the past 33 years (3 decades).
I rode the Amfleet San Joaquin in about 1982 and it was the same practice back then.
I rode from Oakland 16th street to old Bakersfield Amtrak at F street.
I hope this info helps.
