Nice video, George.  I didn't realize how extensive their collection actually was until I watched this.  (I vaguely recall seeing some of this equipment stored in the '70s at NAS Miramar.)

Cool video! I noticed some of the footage looked wavy, often refered to as "jello." This is often caused by unbalanced props but could be caused by other factors. Nice article discussing the issue and some fixes here: http://dronetechreport.com/reducing-jello-getting-natural-look-aerial-video/

Nice video. It looks like there is much more equipment around that needs preservation and restoration than people to do it. I guess most museums face the same problem.

Thanks, great job! They have a nice facility there, a very nice shop building better than a lot of big railroads. Lots of neat equipment there, and that traveling overhead crane is also very nice! === === = === JLH

Like almost every museum - more collections than can be restored and displayed today.  In the future - who knows?
