JRossi's updates have shown 1996 parked in Provo UT the past couple days. Anyone know if it's sitting somewhere publicly accessible?

It was sitting in the engine yard last night. Which can be seen from Colorado Ave. But it may have gone down to IPP last night according to a report I saw. If it went down to IPP it will be back midday today.

Watch out for UP's police they have been in the area alot lately.

UP 1996 is currently at Intermountain Power Plant near Delta, UT. It's on the train CIPSR-24. It will be running to the Sharp mine load out near Nephi, UT this afternoon.
