Does anyone know what line these detours over BNSFs transcon are coming off of? Is it the overland route or due to trackwork on the Sunset route?

I drove through there a week ago.  There is a big concrete tie replacement project east of Lordsburg, NM for I would guess about 10 miles.  Looks like almost every concrete tie being replaced on the south track.  Lots of traffic however on the ex-MoPac line east of El Paso.
