Noted today at Portland, OR   BNSF  599 in new paint.

The Devil in a new dress. I like superstition. If I catch it, I'm going to share the info of its previous life and see if I get a rise.

I had the 516 last week on a Mexico-bound coal drag; new floor; headliner; some interior paint; new back panel with sidewall breakers and switches but no sidewalls. And lastly, black, diamond-tucked leather seats (original seats). That last part I was happy about. A lot of the new cloth seats just suck.
